First Aid for Students
First Aid Courses for Students: An Investment in the Future
Teaching First Aid in Schools: Samaritanus Initiative
Samaritanus Ambulance launches a special initiative to bring first aid training to schools in Romania. Although there is no specific legislation yet, we take responsibility for preparing students for critical situations. All courses are free, with expenses fully covered by Samaritanus Ambulance.
What do we offer?
Interactive and practical lessons for students in primary and middle schools. Essential first aid skills, such as:
- How to make an emergency call.
- Managing minor injuries and recognizing medical emergencies.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques.
- Using automated external defibrillators (AED).
How does it work?
Accessibility for all schools: Lessons are offered for free, and our team travels to educational institutions.
- Age-appropriate resources: Materials are designed to be easy to learn and engaging for children.
- Flexible sessions: First aid classes can be integrated into the school schedule or organized as extracurricular activities.
Benefits for students:
- Developing responsibility: Students learn to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Practical skills: Courses include demonstrations and interactive exercises.
- Certificate of participation: Each student receives a certificate confirming participation in the first aid course.
