By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between the User and Samaritanus are replaced by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Samaritanus Ambulance may, at any time and without prior notice, revise the Terms and Conditions of the Site, including by updating them. If Users do not use the Site in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Samaritanus Ambulance has the right to terminate the use of the Site by those Users. The mentioned Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Romania.

8. Competent Courts

The competent courts in Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising from or in connection with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Content of the Site or in case such Terms and Conditions and/or the Site are considered relevant facts in the case.
