Panic Button – Remote Monitoring

Social responsibility is the most important indicator of the values we hold in our society. The efforts of our ambulance service are focused on the people of Mureș county, for their social needs. We work for a quality of life, social safety, and health, addressing ourselves primarily to the elderly, the sick, the infirm, and those with disabilities.

A residential emergency call system is primarily aimed at elderly people living alone, but it also offers many advantages to family members:

  • You know your parents are safe and if something unexpected happens.
  • You have the assurance of rapid intervention and will be informed as soon as possible.

A telephone connection is sufficient, and with a few simple steps, the monitoring system can be installed, and your loved ones will be connected to the operational assistance dispatch center. By continuously monitoring information about system users, we can make quick decisions for competent emergency assistance, alerting the 112 System or dispatching our own crew, with call center operators being trained nurses for identifying alert codes for different medical competencies.

Don’t rely on your home phone!
An emergency is an emergency for us!
If critical situations arise and the phone can no longer be used, the residential monitoring system alerts us, and our intervention ensures that the effects are not delayed.
