Necessary information when we are requested

Our dispatch center is one of the most modern, where our crews are monitored via live video streaming and GPS.

Our first contact takes place by phone.
Through our dispatch center, you can access the medical services you need, whether it is an emergency home consultation, assisted transport, unassisted medical transport, or air medical transport.
All details regarding the service you require will be arranged in advance by phone.
When you request our services, the dispatch operator will ask you for information

  1. about the patient’s illness or condition
  2. their current condition,
  3. age,
  4. the exact address where they are located,
  5. where they need to be transported
  6. the date and time you request the transport or consultation
  7. the requester’s name and phone number.

You will be informed about how the service will be carried out, the time the crew will arrive at your location, and the cost of the service.
Our operators will complete a request form recorded in the information system, so any changes that occur between the time of the phone request and the crew’s arrival can be reported; any operator who answers your call can identify the request and record the changes you report.
